Corallis Apartments
Corallis is a residential development of six low-rise, BREEAM Excellent buildings on the shore of Lake Grivița, in Bucharest’s Sector 1. We built its presentation and lead-generation website: a one-page site on a custom WordPress theme, with the contact forms connected directly to the sales team’s CRM.

The challenge
What needed to change
Corallis is sold while it is being built: buyers commit to apartments that do not physically exist yet. The website had to sell a lifestyle by the lake, prove that construction is moving forward and turn visitors — most of them arriving from ad campaigns, on their phones — into enquiries.
Every enquiry had to reach a sales consultant without being copied by hand, and marketing needed to know which campaign brought each client, not just how many forms were filled in. Prices, availability and site progress change often, so the team had to be able to update them on their own.
Our approach
How we solved it
We built a WordPress theme from scratch with modular sections, so marketing can update the offer, prices and construction progress without a developer. The page is organised around conversion: a short quote form on the very first screen, apartment types with “from” prices, the lifestyle and BREEAM benefits, a construction timeline, a gallery and video, and a full contact form next to the map.
A custom plugin sends every enquiry to Salesforce through OAuth and the REST API, keeping the campaign source: UTM parameters are captured in hidden fields, the conversion is pushed to the GTM dataLayer, and each lead is also stored locally as a backup and for audit, with separate test and production environments.
A quote form on the first screen: name, phone with international prefix, email and the apartment type of interest
Apartment types with “from” prices, editable — or quickly hidden — from the CMS, with details opening in a popup
A construction timeline managed as an ACF block: a new stage is added from the admin with a date, text and photo
A photo gallery grouped by exterior, facilities, apartments and interior, plus an aerial presentation video
Mobile-first layout for campaign traffic: the form right after the hero, swipeable cards and a sticky Call / Request an offer bar
A custom CF7 → Salesforce plugin (OAuth + REST API) with separate test and production environments
Campaign attribution end to end: UTM parameters in hidden fields and conversion events in the GTM dataLayer
Every lead stored locally (CFDB7) as a backup, with reCAPTCHA and GDPR consent on every form
Nine custom Gutenberg blocks, so the Corallis team runs the content on its own
